1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between rbajj ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, browses, registers on, or places wagers through the rbajj platform at rbajj.net. By proceeding past the registration screen or by placing your first wager, you enter into a legally binding contract with rbajj on the basis of these Terms.

rbajj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notification. When material changes are made, rbajj will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page and may additionally provide a notice on the platform homepage. Continued use of the rbajj platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are to be read in conjunction with the rbajj Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and rbajj. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and promotional materials or game-specific rules, these Terms shall take precedence unless otherwise stated in writing by rbajj.

If you are accessing rbajj on behalf of any legal entity, you represent that you have full authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to rbajj is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout their continued use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. rbajj is an 18+ platform. Players under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, accessing, or placing any wager on the platform under any circumstances.

rbajj conducts age and identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) as part of the account registration and first withdrawal process. All players are required to submit a valid government-issued photo identification document prior to processing their first withdrawal. 3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of games, betting markets, and financial services available on rbajj, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. Each individual is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) account on the rbajj platform at any given time. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Bangladesh mobile phone number. You must promptly update your account information if any of the details you have provided change after registration. rbajj accepts no liability for issues arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. rbajj strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, which is available via your account security settings and uses your registered Bangladesh mobile number for one-time code delivery.

You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access your rbajj account. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have previously reported a suspected security breach to rbajj in writing. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately via live chat.

• Accounts registered using false identities, stolen identities, or third-party personal information without that person's consent will be permanently closed.
• rbajj reserves the right to request additional documentation at any point to verify the identity or payment methods associated with an account.
• Account usernames that contain offensive, defamatory, or brand-infringing language will be modified or the account will be suspended without notice.
• rbajj does not charge a fee for account registration, maintenance, or closure. Payment processing fees charged by third-party payment providers (such as bKash or Nagad) are separate and governed by those providers' terms.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

rbajj supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored to the needs of players in Bangladesh. 5. Bonuses & Promotions

rbajj offers a range of bonuses, free spins, enhanced odds promotions, and seasonal campaigns to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, which are published on the promotion detail page at the time the offer is active. In all cases, the following general bonus terms apply platform-wide.

Unless otherwise specified in the promotion detail, bonus funds credited to a player's account carry a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount. This means that if you receive a bonus of ৳1,000, you must place bets totalling ৳30,000 using real-money or bonus funds before any winnings derived from the bonus become eligible for withdrawal. 6. Game Rules & Fair Play

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the rbajj platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one player account on rbajj, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly forbidden.
• Identity fraud: Registering using another person's identity, falsifying identity documents, or misrepresenting your age or location is a serious breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence.
• Money laundering: Using the rbajj platform to process, conceal, or legitimise the proceeds of any criminal activity is strictly prohibited. rbajj cooperates fully with law enforcement investigations and will report suspicious financial activity to the appropriate authorities.
• Bonus abuse: Any systematic attempt to exploit bonus offers, wagering requirements, or promotional mechanics through low-risk staking strategies, multi-accounting, or coordinated play with other users is prohibited.
• Automated wagering: The use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place wagers or interact with the platform in a manner not available to regular users is strictly forbidden.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live casino games or sports betting to gain an unfair advantage over other participants or the house is prohibited.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback, reversal, or dispute with your payment provider in bad faith — particularly after receiving corresponding wagering value on the platform — is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and recovery proceedings.
• Abusive behaviour: Using threatening, abusive, defamatory, or discriminatory language toward support agents, other players, or in any public-facing section of the platform is prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

Players may request the voluntary closure of their rbajj account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, rbajj will process any outstanding verified withdrawal balance to the player's registered payment method before deactivating the account. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited.

rbajj reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has provided false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• The player has been identified as being under 18 years of age.
• rbajj has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful conduct associated with the account.
• A regulatory requirement, court order, or law enforcement directive requires the account to be closed or frozen.
• The account has been inactive (no login recorded) for a continuous period of 12 months. Prior to closure for inactivity, rbajj will send a notification to the player's registered email address. Any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned via the player's last used payment method.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified by email where possible. rbajj will endeavour to complete all investigations within 30 days of account suspension. Where the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the account will be reinstated and any withheld withdrawals will be processed promptly.
